Do I need a credit card for the free plan?+
No. The free plan includes 3 generations per month without a credit card.
What files can I upload?+
Podraft accepts .txt, .srt, and .vtt files up to 5MB. Files are validated server-side before processing.
Is my transcript used for training?+
Podraft does not train models on your transcript. Your data is used only to generate your requested assets.
What is the transcript limit?+
Each generation is capped at 50,000 characters to control cost, latency, and model reliability.
Can I cancel anytime?+
Yes. Paid subscriptions are managed through Stripe Billing and can be changed or canceled from the billing page.
Which AI model powers Podraft?+
Podraft uses the Anthropic Claude API with the model configured server-side by environment variable.
