Podraft is a software-as-a-service product that helps podcast creators generate show notes, timestamps, blog posts, newsletters, guest bios, episode ideas, SEO descriptions, and related publishing assets.

We collect account information such as your name, email address, profile image, authentication identifiers, plan, subscription status, usage counts, and billing status.

We collect content you submit to the product, including podcast transcripts, uploaded transcript files, show notes, generated outputs, guest details, and episode idea inputs.

We collect technical information needed to operate the service, including request metadata, rate-limit records, security logs, and error logs.

We use your information to provide the product, authenticate users, process subscriptions, enforce plan limits, generate AI outputs, prevent abuse, improve reliability, and provide support.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your podcast transcripts to train our own AI models.

Podraft uses trusted service providers to operate the product, including Clerk for authentication, Supabase for database and storage, Lemon Squeezy for subscriptions and payments, Anthropic for AI generation, Upstash for rate limiting, and Vercel for hosting.

Payment card details are processed by Lemon Squeezy and its payment partners. Podraft does not store full card numbers.

When you request AI generation, the transcript or input you provide is sent to Anthropic to create the requested output. You should not submit sensitive personal data, regulated health data, payment card data, government identifiers, passwords, or confidential information you are not authorized to process.

We retain account, subscription, usage, and generated content data while your account is active or as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

You may request deletion of your account or content by contacting podraftai@gmail.com.

We use access controls, server-side validation, rate limiting, protected API routes, and verified webhooks to help protect the service. No online service can guarantee perfect security.

You may update your account information through the product, cancel subscriptions from the billing page, and contact us to request account deletion or data access.

We may update this Privacy Policy as the product changes. If changes are material, we will update this page and revise the date above.
